Shipping Policy

At Khush Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic products safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India via trusted delivery partners like Shiprocket and Delhivery.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Time & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • During festivals, natural disasters, or lockdowns, delivery may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge may apply, shown at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

  • You can also track your order anytime from our “Track Your Order” page.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect information, we may contact you before reattempting shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Khush Ayurveda is dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. Since our products are health-related, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is leaking or broken during delivery

To qualify for a return:

  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  3. Share clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product

Our team will verify and guide you on the return or replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used medicines/products

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Allergic reaction after use (please consult before purchase)

  • Orders returned due to wrong address or non-availability at delivery time

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirming account details.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
