Final Sale Policy
All sales of products from Khush Ayurveda are FINAL, We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the purchase is considered final.
Why We Maintain This Policy
Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness items), we cannot accept returns to ensure the purity, quality, and safety of our inventory for all our customers.
Product Issues
While we strive for perfection in order fulfillment, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged: Clearly broken or leaking during transit.
Incorrect: Not the item you ordered.
You must notify us immediately at SUPPORT@KHUSHAYURVEDA.COM within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item. We will not issue a refund.
